Chea Phal, a citizen of Cambodia, graduated from Institute of Foreign Languages in this July 2006 and currently working in a Japanese NGO in the field on educational and cultural rehabilitation to provide equal education and to Cambodian children. This personal online journal is nothing more than records of daily life. The word tumnei, means spare time in Khmer.
