Katen Kicks Off

Pchhum Ben has gone but now Katen has kicked off. There are katen ceremonies here and there making traffic congestion even worse. Luckily I do not commute by car but people with cars gotta be more patient during this festival period. And, Water Festival is waiting its turn to replace Katen. So my festivals in the last there months of the year.
